I offer free 15-minute consultations for us to assess whether we are a good fit for each other. You can book a consultation here.
If you are interesting in moving forward with therapy, we can book the first session together during the consultation.

The first session is for getting to know each other. I will spend more time than usual asking questions about various aspects of your life to give me a better understanding of what’s going on for you right now. Specifically, I will be curious to learn about what brings you to therapy, what’s been working well/what’s been challenging for you, and what you hope to get out of the therapy process.
This is also a good time for you to ask me questions that you have about therapy in general or about my specific approach.
You will not be expected to share details of painful past experiences.

Individual session: 50 minute session $150.00
Individual session: 80 minute session $210.00
Please check with your extended benefits plan to see if you have coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I do not provide direct billing to insurance providers but will issue a receipt after each session for you to submit on your own.
Payment will be collected at the end of each session via our booking site (Jane) using credit card.
Prices do not include GST. Fees are in accordance with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) fee schedule.

Sessions must be cancelled with a minimum of 24-hours before the appointment to avoid being charged the full fee.
